Adjusting the couch:

To adjust the height, operate the lever of the hydraulic pump with your foot until the desired position is reached. If you want to lower the lounger to a lower height, press and hold the lever of the hydraulic pump until the desired height is reached.

To adjust the head section, push it fully forward and move it back up again until it snaps into the desired position.

To adjust the foot section, lift it all the way up and then lower it into the desired position until this section also clicks into place.
